GFR बढ़ाने का सबसे आसान तरीका | Increase GFR Naturally | Kidney Failure Treatment in Ayurveda

“A healthy outside starts from the inside.” #GFR stands for glomerular filtration rate. It is a kind of test that is done to know how well the kidneys are functioning. It helps in estimating what quantity of blood passes through the glomeruli per minute. Glomeruli are the small filters of kidneys that perform the crucial function of blood filtration. The usual range of GFR is said to be 60 or higher than it. If the level of GFR goes, less than 60, then it means you might have kidney disease. If the GFR is 15 or lower then it is time to worry because it is a sign of kidney failure. GFR at 60 or above is essential for our body to remain healthy. Many treatment methods answer how to increase GFR levels, although the best method of increasing the level of GFR has been suggested by kidney failure treatment in Ayurveda. This video talks about the natural method of increasing #GFRlevel in the human body. Before understanding the ways of bringing the level of GFR, it is essential to know about the reasons that bring it down. High blood pressure is the first reason. It damages the kidneys and increases creatinine level in the blood that further decreases the GFR level. Cysts in kidneys are another reason behind the low GFR level. Moreover, pain in joints and stomach that hinders the functioning of kidneys decreases the GFR. Kidney stone and persistent medicines also bring down the GFR level. Ways to increase the GFR level naturally- Animal products and meat are rich in protein, so instead of that consume more and more vegetables for the betterment of the GFR. Vegetables will also prevent diabetes and high blood pressure. Avoid canned food with high sodium and eat low salt food instead. Avoid smoking as it turns to some harmful compounds, which destroy kidneys and bring down the GFR. Exercise daily to keep the bodyweight under control. A healthy body will maintain good GFR. Go for blood tests frequently to know about the GFR. There are various other things about GFR that a person needs to know. Watch the video for more.
