How to increase GFR naturally

Full form of GFR (Glomerular filtration rate)?
Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is a test which is used to check the functioning of kidneys like how well the kidneys are working. Technically, it measures how much blood passes through the glomeruli each minute. Glomeruli are the tiny filters in the kidneys that filter waste from the blood.
The rate of blood flow through the kidneys in the body is called the glomerular filtration rate, or GFR.
Normal GFR varies according to people to people; in young adults, it is approximately 120 ml/min/1.73 m2 and declines in normal individuals with age. However, a decrease in GFR may also be an indicator of kidney disease and precedes the onset of kidney failure. Below 60 ml/min/1.73 m2, the prevalence of complications of Chronic Kidney Disease increases, as does the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD). This is a 50% reduction in GFR relative to that of a young adult.
According to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Disorders, chronic kidney disease (CKD) is suspected when GFR is below 60, and a value of 15 or less indicate a condition of kidney failure.
Increase GFR Naturally by Ayurvedic Treatment at Karma Ayurveda, It is completely safe and secure with No harmful effect like allopathic medicines.
Ways to increase GFR naturally:-
1.            Eat more vegetables and less meat. Creatinine and GFR both are the main indicator of Kidney Disease, Increased creatinine and low GFR fluctuate together; one issue generally won't be present without the other. Animal products like meat contain creatine and creatinine so you may need to avoid to eat animal products and take more vegetables which will help to increase GFR.
2.            Quit smoking. The smoking product contains tobacco which increases the number of toxins in your body, later those toxins will pass through your kidneys. Quitting the habit of smoking will improve the condition of your kidney to perform well.
3.            Low Sodium diet. Damaged kidneys are unable to perform their function well and have difficulty in filtering sodium or affect your kidney more so avoid high sodium and plan low diet meal.
4.            Low potassium and phosphorus. Potassium and Phosphorus both minerals are also difficult to filter by the damaged kidney. Avoid these types of foods which are high in mineral and don't take any supplement that contains the either mineral.
5.            Drink nettle leaf tea. Drinking one to two 8 oz (250 ml) cups of nettle leaf tea each day may help reduce creatinine levels in the body, and as a result, it may also help increase your GFR.
6.            Regular Exercise. Exercise like Cardiovascular can help improve your body circulation. As more blood pumps through your body, it can more effectively pass toxins through the kidneys, thereby improving your GFR.
7.            Weight Management. Both Increase or Decrease in weight will risky In many cases, weight management will be the natural result of a healthy diet and regular exercise. You should avoid hard diet unless they are specifically recommended by a dietician or kidney specialist.
